Anyway, the jist is this: Election Day should be a national holiday in which we all get off of work, have plenty of time to go vote, and can even further obsess and drive ourselves into sheer insanity watching all of the votes come in. This particular post also has some great recipe ideas. I’m thinking about whipping up more than the cupcakes I had originally planned, but it needs to feed 8-12, needs to be easy and needs to be quick.
Suggestions???
It’s be nice if election day was a holiday so things wouldn’t be absolutely NUTS. But then again, I still have to work holidays so it wouldn’t matter for me.
